There are several convenient ways to pay your Orange City utility bill:

Pay Online

Access your account balance and pay online here. Online payment options include:

• Debit and credit card (2.29% fee applies). Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express accepted. 
• e-Check (flat $1.25 fee applies).

Note: You will need your account number and last payment amount. If you are a new customer and have not yet paid a bill, please use $0 as the payment amount.

Pay Over the Phone

Access your account balance and pay over the phone toll free at 1 (855) 244-8167. Over the phone payment options include:

• Debit and credit card (2.29% fee applies). Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express accepted. 

Note: You will need your account number and the street number of the service address.

Pay Using Automatic Bank Withdrawal (ACH)

You may setup automatic bank withdrawal (ACH) by completing and returning this form along with a voided check to Orange City Utilities. Automatic payment via ACH is a convenient way to make your utility payment and there is no charge for this service.

Pay Using Your Bank’s Online Bill Pay

You may have the option to make payments through your bank’s online bill pay service. Speak with your bank representative concerning specifics about their bill pay options. Please note your account number in the memo field and use the following address when setting up your bill pay option: Orange City Utilities, 205 E. Graves Avenue, Orange City, FL  32763.

Note: It is recommended that payments using your bank's bill pay service be issued a minimum of five business days before your due date to ensure timely payment. To avoid the potential for service cutoff, it is also recommended that you do not issue payments via your bank's bill pay service after the due date.

Pay by Dropbox

There are two drop boxes available for your convenience:

• On E. Graves Avenue near the intersection at Volusia Avenue.
• Behind Town Hall at 205 E. Graves Avenue, Orange City, FL  32763.

Note: Please use the drop box for check and money order payments only. Please do not place cash in the drop box.

Pay in Person

You may pay in person at Town Hall at 205 E. Graves Avenue, Orange City, FL  32763. Utility Billing is located at the back of the building adjacent to the parking lot. In person payment options include:

• Cash, check, or money order.
• Debit and credit card (2.29% fee applies). Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express accepted. 

Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Town Hall is closed weekends and holidays.

Pay Using the OC Connect App

Access and pay your utility bill using the OC Connect app. Payment options include:

• Debit and credit card (2.29% fee applies). Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express accepted.
• e-Check (flat $1.25 fee applies).

The OC Connect app is available for Apple and Andriod devices. Visit your app store to download.

Pay by Mail

You can mail your payment to Orange City Utilities, 205 E. Graves Avenue, Orange City, FL  32763. Please mail your payment a minimum of five business days before your due date to ensure timely payment. To avoid the potential for service cutoff, it is recommended that you do not mail your payment after the due date.

Note: Orange City Utilities cannot accept payment from third party merchants such as Amscot®, Walmart®, or Western Union®
